Center for International Law
The Center for International Law is a Manila-based advocacy group working to end impunity in the Philippines. This emergency grant from the Trust supports a parallel and independent investigation into the massacre in Maguindanao on 23 November 2009 in which 57 people were killed, including 31 journalists.
