Centro de Estudios Legales y Sociales (CELS)
CELS is an Argentinian organisation that addresses memory and justice for the crimes of the former military dictatorship as well as a broad range of contemporary issues: institutional violence and citizen security; social, economic, and cultural rights; strengthening of the democratic justice system; prisons and criminal justice; human rights and mental health; freedom of expression; and civilian control of the armed forces.
