Child Rights International Network

The Child Rights International Network (CRIN) grew out of the adoption of the Convention on Child Rights (CRC) in 1989. Today, CRIN is an independent entity in London with a membership of over 2,100 organisations in 160 countries and serves as a research centre, platform for joint advocacy campaigns, and an advocate in its own right. The Trust grant provided core support, including support for a global campaign on juvenile sentencing, seeking to eliminate the death penalty, life imprisonment, and corporal punishment for children.
