Environmental Defender Law Center

The Environmental Defender Law Center (EDLC) works to protect the human rights of individuals and communities in developing countries who are resisting environmental degradation in the areas in which they live. It does this by securing top-quality legal representation for environmental defenders, usually on a pro bono basis.
