Female Prisoners Welfare Project
Female Prisoners Welfare Project (Hibiscus) was founded in 1986 to assist women in the UK criminal justice system. Hibiscus provides practical and emotional support and welfare for foreign national women and their children in UK prisons, and on release into the community.
