Forest Peoples Programme
The Forest Peoples Programme (FPP) is a UK-based NGO that exists to support the response of forest peoples to the global forest crisis. It aims to secure the rights of peoples, who live in the forests and depend on them for their livelihoods, to control their lands and to exercise their right to self-determination. It pursues these aims by providing legal, technical, campaigns, capacity-building, and other support directly to forest peoples, their organisations and their communities.
