International Institute for Environment and Development

International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED) is a UK-based non-profit research organisation which works on equitable and sustainable development. SRT has been supporting the International Urban Poor People’s Fund, a mechanism developed by IIED and Shack/Slum Dwellers International, which enables urban poor families in 17 countries to secure legal tenure of land for housing and basic services.
