Internet and Jurisdiction Project

Founded in early 2012, the Internet & Jurisdiction Project facilitates a global multi-stakeholder dialogue between states, international organisations, companies, civil society and the technical community on international jurisdictional issues related to privacy, freedom of expression, or intellectual property rights. The project provides a neutral platform to help frame the debate in a constructive manner and to develop due process frameworks to handle the tension between the cross-border nature of the Internet and the diversity of national jurisdictions.
