Lawyers for Justice in Libya
Lawyers for Justice in Libya (LFJL) is a UK-registered independent human rights organisation. It was founded in early 2011 as a response to the Libyan uprising. LFJL aims to promote and strengthen the principles of human rights, the rule of law and democracy in Libya through documenting human rights violations; advocating for legal reform; building the capacity of Libyan legal professionals on international human rights frameworks and transitional justice; and through regional and international advocacy.
