Mental Disability Advocacy Centre
The Mental Disability Advocacy Centre (MDAC) was founded in 2002 to advance the rights of children and adults with actual or perceived intellectual or psycho-social disabilities. MDAC is located in Budapest and focuses on Central and Eastern Europe, with a view to developing more work in Africa.
