Mexican Commission for the Defence and Promotion of Human Rights

The Commission is a Mexican NGO that engages in strategic litigation of human rights cases, disseminates information and analysis regarding the human rights situation in Mexico, and conducts human rights training programmes. The Trust supports its campaign regarding implementation of the December 2009 Inter-American Court of Human Rights decision in the case of Rosendo Radilla versus Mexico.
