Open Rights Group
The Open Rights Group, founded in 2005 by 1,000 digital rights activists, is a UK-based grassroots technology organisation that exists to protect civil liberties from the poor implementation and regulation of digital technology. The Open Rights Group campaigns on digital rights issues, raises awareness by connecting the media with digital rights experts, and nurtures a community of campaigning volunteers, from grassroots activists to technical and legal experts.
