Organisation for Refuge, Asylum and Migration

Founded in 2008, the Organisation for Refuge, Asylum and Migration (ORAM) is the only international migrant rights organisation focusing exclusively on lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex refugees. ORAM’s work includes research, public education, policy advocacy, direct legal representation and resettlement, and their publications bring public attention to LGBTI refugee protection issues worldwide. ORAM’s advocacy encompasses NGOs, inter-governmental organisations, governments and community groups. Their educational efforts include lectures, reports and presentations to the public.
