Access to Justice: Current Grantees
Access to justice is essential to the functioning of all human rights as justice systems help define their scope and – ideally - provide redress if rights are not enforced or violated. We support groups litigating human rights cases, both in local and international courts, and fund training and publications in support of litigation and of the International Criminal Court. We fund the monitoring, documentation and wide-ranging advocacy on the issue. In several countries we also fund the development of law curricula, and encouraging lawyers to work pro bono on human rights cases.
