Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Rights: Current Grantees
The Trust has funded work on the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people since 1997. Seven LGBT organisations currently receive main grants. In addition, LGBT rights work has been supported through the former small grants scheme and through sub-granting. Grantees have addressed a range of issues, from legal work against discrimination and criminalisation, to preventing and countering homophobic violence and raising awareness about LGBT rights.
