Public Committee Against Torture in Israel
The Public Committee Against Torture in Israel (PCATI) aims to expose Israel's use of torture and ill-treatment, to bring about the cessation of these practices, and to demand that Israel fully comply with the UN Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, which Israel ratified in 1991.
