Research and Information Centre Memorial (Saint Petersburg)

Research and Information Centre Memorial (Saint Petersburg) was founded in 1990 on the wave of perestroika as a research centre and historical archive, and is part of the International Memorial network. It is also an education centre and runs interrelated historical, educational and human rights programmes. The grant funds core costs related to its Virtual Gulag Museum project.
