Fair Trials

Fair Trials has developed a good reputation for its work on access to justice and criminal justice reform through ensuring the provision of due process rights. This ranges from addressing the excessive use of pre-trial detention to the abuses of INTERPOL’s international arrest alerts (red notices) by repressive regimes. Based in London and Brussels and with a staff member in Washington DC, Fair Trials supports the work of local lawyers and NGOs in many countries.
