Fundación de Antropologia Forense de Guatemala

The Fundación de Antropología Forense de Guatemala (FAFG) is a non-profit organisation founded in 1997 which uses forensic science to conduct investigations into enforced disappearances in Guatemala, identify victims, and return their remains to families. FAFG also provides forensic evidence and expertise in cases of human rights violations linked to Guatemala’s internal armed conflict, and supports historical clarification through gathering audiovisual testimonies from survivors.
