International Network for Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ESCR-Net)

Established in 2003, the International Network for Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ESCR-Net) is a global network of organisations and individuals working to secure economic and social justice through the promotion, protection and fulfilment of all human rights, with a focus on economic, social and cultural rights. ESCR-Net comprises 196 organisations and 47 individuals from 68 countries working in seven key areas: Corporate Accountability; Adjudication of ESCR; Women and ESCR; Social Movements and Grassroots Groups; Economic Policy and Human Rights; the Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on ESCR; and Monitoring of ESCR.
