The Kazakhstan International Bureau for Human Rights and Rule of Law (KIBHR) is a non-profit human rights organisation founded in August 1993. KIBHR aims to achieve systemic change in the sphere of political rights and civil liberties and draw attention to human rights violations and systemic analysis of trends. It is one of the major human rights institutions in Central Asia and has representative offices across 11 regions in Kazakhstan.
