Aibolands Museum

Aibolands Museum (aibo is Estonian Swedish dialect for ‘island inhabitant’) in Haapsalu, Estonia, aims to display and preserve the centuries-old history and culture of the Estonian Swedes. The Estonian Swedes lived by the sea, and the museum displays some traditional items, including Estonian Swedish wooden boats. The vision of the museum is to become an Estonian Swedish culture, research and educational centre.

The Trust also supported Abiolands Museum in 2017-2018.
