972 – Advancement of Citizen Journalism was established in 2011 by Israeli and Palestinian journalists and bloggers. Since 2011, the organisation has operated the English-language news and analysis site +972 Magazine, and since 2014, it has operated the Hebrew-language site Local Call (“Siẖa Mekomit”), co-published by Just Vision. Both sites form a powerhouse of binational, independent and uncompromising journalism, committed to justice and equality for all in Israel-Palestine.
