Anna Deavere Smith Pipeline Project

The Pipeline Project builds on Anna Deavere Smith’s ‘Notes from the Field’, developing the methodology to focus specifically on disadvantage faced by young women living in poverty. Ultimately, a new work will develop for performance and the Pipeline Project seeks to extend the conversation on these pressing issues beyond the theatre into America’s communities through audience discussions, workshops, and other events.
