BIRN Serbia

BIRN Serbia is a public-interest media organisation and the Serbian branch of BIRN Hub, a regional network founded in 2005 by five women journalists from the Balkans committed to strengthening independent media in post-war societies. Its work includes producing investigations of systemic corruption and abuse of power, monitoring the financing of public institutions and providing access to open-source research, and training and sub-granting in investigative journalism.
