FakeReporter

FakeReporter is an Israeli research initiative established in 2020 by activists, researchers, and network experts, aiming to combat harmful online activities, including CIB campaigns, disinformation, hate speech, online violence, and incitement. The group aims to protect society and democracy in Israel through identifying, exposing, and thwarting malicious online activities. It also works to promote rights and knowledge sharing, through education and the dissemination of information and skills.

The grant is distributed by the New Israel Fund.
