NGO Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA NGO)

NGO Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA NGO) unites representatives of artistic communities working with contemporary art in Ukraine, including artists, curators, researchers, policy experts, educations specialists and others, and advocates for a new type of museum institution in Ukraine.MOCA NGO was founded by Olga Balashova and Yuliia Hnat and focused on making contemporary art accessible, developing the professional skills of museum and gallery professionals across the country and facilitating relationships between cultural organisations and state bodies including local and national governments. 

The Trust awarded them an emergency grant in 2022 of £20,000, for support during the Russian invasion.
