Nucleo

Nucleo is a London-based charity that provides free, intensive orchestral music education to children. Founded in 2013, the group began with just a handful of young people learning instruments together in a Notting Hill basement. Today, Nucleo
provides musical instruction, performing opportunities and instruments (on free loan) to more than 400 children and young people from across West London. Underpinning their work is the belief that musical education brings not just a skill but also confidence, discipline, teamwork and community – all building blocks for success in adulthood, regardless of whether the children go on to pursue music or the performing arts professionally.
