Our Future

Our Future is a platform to rejuvenate civic, economic and cultural life in deindustrialised towns in England and Wales. Our Future brings grassroots groups, businesses and local authorities together to cultivate hope, envision change and strengthen local trust, enabling them to take advantage of public and private investment opportunities. Our Future has informed the Labour Government’s  £1.5 billion ‘Plan for Neighbourhoods’ for 75 places over 10 years, as well as the newly announced ‘Pride in Place’ initiative which committed a further £5 billion to an additional 250 places over 10 years. Our Future plans to direct funding from these schemes to projects according to community priorities.
