Pesticide Action Network Europe

Pesticide Action Network Europe (PAN EU) is an NGO network of 57 organisations across Europe, coordinated by a Brussels-based secretariat. Founded in 1987, PAN EU aims to phase out the use of pesticides that harm human health and the environment. Drawing on independent science, PAN EU brings together toxicologists, ecologists, legal experts and campaigners to conduct and synthesise research, pursue strategic litigation, shape policy, and support grassroots mobilisation, aiming to strengthen regulatory frameworks and hold industry and institutions accountable at the EU level, where pesticide approvals and agricultural legislation have far-reaching impacts across the continent  and beyond.

SRT has previously also given funds to Pesticide Action Network UK, and Pesticide Action Network US – both legally separate organisations, but all part of the same network.
