Refugee Consortium of Kenya

The Refugee Consortium of Kenya was founded in 1998 to respond to the increasingly complex refugee situation in Kenya. They aim to improve access to legal and social justice for Kenya’s refugees and asylum seekers. They also try to influence the Kenyan government’s policy on refugees and ensure that the government and international agencies fulfil their obligations towards refugees under UNHCR’s Protection Mandate.
