Station Service for Contemporary Dance

Station is the only contemporary dance organisation in Serbia and plays a key role as a regional organiser for the dance community across the Western Balkans and eastern Europe. They commission new work, create development and masterclass workshops, maintain a digital dance archive, and run a dance festival. Station are a key member of the Magacin network, a group of cultural organisations running a large studio building and open space in downtown Belgrade, and have been supporting the student protestors with informal support, giving lectures and performances, and enabling safe space for debate.
