Celia Davies
Chief Executive Officer
Celia Davies is the Chief Executive Officer of SRT. Prior to joining, Celia worked with social impact companies using technology to support online safety, human rights and the environment. She co-founded Omanos, a space technology social enterprise combining satellite data with community reporting to support accountability and transparency. As Director of International Programmes and Director of Ethics at Moonshot, she oversaw online safety programming to address violent extremism, gender-based violence, and misinformation. She also spent several years in Azerbaijan working with local free expression advocacy NGO, subsequently helping build exiled media networks for Azerbaijan, Ukraine and Russia.
She holds degrees from Cambridge and Edinburgh Universities (LLM, International Law).
