Protecting the rule of law and access to justice

Through this priority, SRT supports organisations that strengthen access to justice for individuals and communities whose rights have been violated. This includes addressing gaps in the protection of fundamental rights through the provision of legal assistance, strategic litigation and advocacy. We also support organisations that challenge attacks on the rule of law and seek to hold governments accountable.
