Breakthrough

Breakthrough is an international human rights organisation that uses media and popular culture with community mobilizing in India and the United States to address gender-based violence, sexual and reproductive health rights, racial justice and migrant rights. In India, their work has largely focused on the connections between violence against women, sexuality and HIV/AIDS. Using technology, Breakthrough is developing innovative education and awareness-raising initiatives to reach individuals and civil society organisations in both rural and urban areas.

SRT has supported Breakthrough since 2010.
