SURF
The Survivors Fund (SURF) was established in 1995 (registered in 1997) with a mission to rebuild a sense of self and trust in humanity among the survivors of the Rwandan genocide in Rwanda and among Diaspora. It is a UK-based charity working in partnership with local NGOs to document violations, seek justice for victims of sexual violence, and help survivors rebuild their lives.
