Atina

Atina was founded in Serbia in 2003 to address the lack of support for victims of trafficking. It subsequently expanded to provide assistance to survivors of all forms of gender-based violence through the operation of safe houses and the provision of medical, psychological, legal aid and informal education activities. Atina works towards systemic change on gender-based violence in Serbia by training NGOs and professional bodies and advocating for changes in laws and policies.
