Center of Women’s Justice

The Center of Women’s Justice is a public interest legal organisation dedicated to defending women’s rights in the face of religious fundamentalisms. The Trust supported a public interest litigation project that took on new cases supporting a woman’s rights to a religious divorce and financial compensation when this is denied.
