Equileap

Stichting Equileap Foundation was founded in the Netherlands in 2016 with the aims of using the power of financial markets to improve gender equality in the workplace, advancing women’s rights, and achieving greater transparency in public companies. Equileap compiles a database of in-depth gender equality data from companies and other organisations; develops a methodology for assessing and ranking organisations on gender balance and equality; and educates investors on how and why to use their funds to support gender equality.
