European Cultural Foundation

The European Cultural Foundation was founded in 1954, and have focused on educational and cultural exchange across Europe. They have established programmes for artists, the mobility of cultural professionals and youth, independent art centers, public libraries and digital media platforms. The Trust’s grant contributed to an emergency Ukraine edition of their Culture of Solidarity fund. The fund supports cultural projects and actions in three thematic fields including artistic and cultural work directly responding to the war, safe cultural spaces in Ukraine and neighbouring countries specifically hosting artists, cultural works and activists forced into exile and independent and alternative news sharing initiatives.
