Foundation for Access to Rights

The Foundation for Access to Rights is a Bulgarian non-governmental organisation in the public interest whose mission is to guarantee practical access to rights and effective protection against arbitrary deprivation of rights. The organisation was awarded an emergency grant of £67,000 in March 2022 in response to the crisis in Ukraine. The grant will allow them to provide legal information in person and through their comprehensive online platform; scale up legal aid services; advocate for changes to laws and practices; and run refugee law trainings for non-expert lawyers providing assistance.
