Kyrgyz Indigo

Founded in 2010, Kyrgyz Indigo is an LGBTI right group in Kyrgyzstan. Its main activities include advocacy for recognition of LGBTI rights, providing psychological, legal and health services, raising public awareness, and creating community spaces and shelters in Bishkek, Osh, Batken, Talas and Jalal-Abad cities. It supports the development of community initiatives across the country, conducting trainings on topics such as leadership, activism and healthcare. It conducts research on the situation of LGBTI people. It also fiscally hosts and supports LGBTI initiatives in other Central Asian countries.
