Legebitra

Legebitra is the main LGBT rights group in Slovenia. It evolved from an informal project of the Student Organization of the University of Ljubljana in 1998, and registered as an independent NGO in 2001. Its mission is to improve social acceptance of LGBT persons in Slovenia through working with the community itself and the wider public. It provide a community space, offers information, and undertakes advocacy on legislation.
