Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project

The Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP) is a network of more than 24 non-profit investigative centres, over 160 journalists and several major regional news organisations. It was founded in 2006 to conduct transnational investigative reporting and promote technology-based approaches to exposing organised crime and corruption worldwide. OCCRP publishes in-depth investigative stories as well as the latest news on organised crime and corruption activities. It also trains reporters and partners in advanced journalism techniques, builds practical, high-use tools used to improve the efficiency of reporting and publishing, and is actively reinventing investigative journalism to be more interactive, more effective, more impactful and more relevant to readers.
