Breaking the Silence

Breaking the Silence was established in 2004 by a group of Israeli veteran combatants. It collects testimonies of veterans who have served in the Occupied Palestinian Territories since the start of the Second Intifada, with the aim of breaking society’s silence regarding the realities of life in the Occupied Territories and stimulating public debate about the Occupation. The Trust's grant provides core support.
