FERN

The Forests and European Union Resources Network (FERN) functions as a 'hub' of information on European Union policies and practices with a focus on forests peoples' rights. Over the last ten years, FERN has expanded its remit to include issues beyond forests, such as human rights, climate change, aid and trade. Its close collaboration with grass roots organisations ensures that all its activities at the policy level contribute to tangible improvements on the ground for local communities.

SRT has supported FERN since 2004.
