Compassion in Dying

Compassion in Dying is a national charity that supports people at the end of life to have what they consider to be a good death by providing information and support around their rights and choices. They are the UK’s leading provider of free Advance Decisions (legal documents setting out the treatment a patient does or does not want at the end of life), and also carry out research into rights and choices in end-of-life care.
