Institute of Legislative Ideas

The Institute of Legislative Ideas (ILI) is a think-tank which was founded in 2017 and focuses on public policies on sanctions, anti-corruption, reparation and culture. Its main activities include legal analysis, legal and policy drafting and advocacy (domestically and internationally).

The organisation also aims to expand its efforts to obtain compensation for Russia’s aggression against Ukraine, notably through the repurposing of fines and assets.
