Human Dignity Trust

The Human Dignity Trust helps groups and individuals challenge the legality of laws which criminalise private consensual sexual activity between adults of the same sex, wherever those laws exist in the world. Working with local groups and lawyers, the Trust uses litigation in national and regional courts to ensure that national criminal laws conform with international human rights obligations, as well as with constitutional law norms.
